Combine Sugar, Flour, and Salt, mix. Add a small amount of milk (just enough to make a paste).
Separate egg whites from yolk. Beat egg yolks and add to Sugar mixture. Add remaining milk and cook slowly over low heat, stirring
constantly. When thick, add Cocoa and Vanilla.
Beat egg whites until nearly stiff, then add a pinch of salt. Add 3 tbsp Sugar, one at a time. Beat until Sugar is dissolved.
Bake 10 minutes @ 350 or until browned.
Let pie cool to room temperature before serving.
I prefer to chill in refrigerator after reaching room temperature and serve cold.
