1. Put water in kettle on to boil
2. Chop onions and put in large frypan on stove - setting 4 - stir intermittently while continuing with other steps - until tender.
3. Chop cabbage aprox 5mm thick - set aside
4. Chop celery approx 5mm thick and set aside
5. Add mince meat to onions in pan. Setting 6-8 on stove. Break up and stir until browned.
6. Add boiling water, curry powder, soy sauce, tomato sauce, chicken noodle soup and changs long life noodles (break up while adding). Stir well.
7. Add cabbage and celery and simmer for 20 mins. During this time, after cabbage has wilted, stir it through and continue to simmer.
8. If you'd like it thicker, turn down heat and then add cornflour disolved in water. Stir until thickened.
SLOW COOKER OPTION: If you prefer to make it in advance and not hang around for the 20mins, At stage 6 you can put all the ingredients into a slow cooker for a few hours.
