Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 Cup hot water. Add frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup cold water. Chill til set. Spread top of firm jello with sour cream. Dissolve cherry jello in 1 cup hot water. Add pineapple and 1/2 cup cold water; cool until thick. Spoon on top. Chill
Serve in over-sized champagne glass with red ribbon.
