Add butter to frying pan over medium heat
Add 1/2 of can of corn to pan and fry corn until golden brown
Add the remaining corn to the pan and mix with brown corn
Add 1/2 can of coconut milk to corn in the pan and stir, continue cooking until the mixture reduces and thickens
Serve warm
