Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, stir together the corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter. Power into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or golden brown. Remove from oven and top with chedder cheese. Return to oven and bake for additional 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
