Bacon, sausage, brats, burger,(1 lb ea) 8 oz chorizo, cannoli beans,(2 cans)pinto beans,3 cans,red beans, 1 lcan,pork n beans,1 can, Italian stewed tomatoes, 2 cans,Anaheim chili, 1 large, green chilis,(2 sm cans)2- red peppers/yellow peppers, white onions,3, minced garlic/ whole garlic, (small pkg) chili powder- 1 tbls, cumin- 1 tbls, salt/pepper -1 tsp, spicy brown mustard- 3/4 cup, brown sugar- 1/2 cup, chili sauce -(1 small bottle) amount of sazon to taste
Dash of chili oil
Brown chorizo first.
Chop/brown bacon then other meats, sauté onions chili’s peppers and mushrooms using the meat juices. Then add in spices. Add all beans. Simmer
