In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth. Mix in onion, horseradish, Old Bay and cheddar cheese. Stir in the crabmeat and its juices. Place in a medium oven-proof dish, such as a 9" pie plate, and bake until bubbly, 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
