Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven at 350. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray and flour. In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, cornstarch, water, vanilla, salt, cranberries, and raisins. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes and cool slightly. In a small mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in margarine until crumbling. Sprinkle with cranberry filling. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes. Recipe By : Anita A.
