Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven 400. Coat large rimmed baking sheet w cooking spray. Heat oil in large skillet over med heat. Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook, stirring, until veg are tender-çrisp, 4 to 5 min. Add broth, 1/3 cup water,&bulgur. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, &simmer until bulgur is tender &liquid is absorbed 10to 12 min. Transfer to large bowl &let cool 5 min, stirring. Whisk eggs, coriander, salt, & pepper in small bowl. Add egg mixture & turkey to bulgur mixture: mix well. Shape into 30 meatballs, about 2T each. Place on prepared pan. Bake meatballs at 15 to 18 min. Meanwhile, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, cornstarch, cayenne pepper, &remaining 2 T water in a large pot med heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickened & bubbly, about 5 min. Add meatballs to sauce & stir gently coat.
