Melt margarine in pan over low heat. Mix in flour, then add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat stiring constantly until thickens.
2 tbsp. butter and flour - for thin sauce.
4 tbsp. butter and flour - for medium sauce
6 tbsp. butter and flour - for thick sauce
