2. In a separate sauce-pan heat chicken broth to boiling, add milk. Season with salt, pepper & red pepper flakes. Reduce heat to simmer mixture until sauce thickens (use cornstarch in water).
3. Cook pasta, drain and cover with sauce. Use shredded cheese to top individual servings.
