Paso 1. Descongela las setas en la parte menos fría de la nevera, sobre una rejilla para recoger el jugo que sueltan.
Paso 2. Vierte el caldo en una cazuela grande y ponlo al fuego. Llévalo a ebullición y añade las setas junto con el jugo que han soltado. Deja cocer todo junto unos minutos hasta que vuelva a hervir.
Paso 3. Salpimienta las setas e incorpora la mitad de la trufa. Remueve durante unos instantes, retira y dispón la mezcla en el vaso de la batidora.
Paso 4. Tritúrala hasta obtener una preparación lisa y homogénea. Agrega la mitad de la nata, mezcla bien, vierte la crema en la cazuela y caliéntala.
Paso 5. Reparte la crema en vasitos, mejor de cristal, y sírvela enseguida, caliente, decorada con el resto de la nata y con la trufa restante rallada.
El truco: Si lo prefieres, puedes utilizar setas en conserva. Escúrrelas bien y añade más caldo vegetal.
