Easy Crock pot BBQ Boneless Beef Ribs
Salt and pepper ribs. cut to serving size.....about 3 inches.
Place ribs on raised sheet and put under the broiler for 10-15 min. (Just trying to brown them here)
Place sliced onion and minced garlic in your Crock Pot and add the ribs. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs.
cover and cook on low for 6-8 hrs.
In the last Hr. of cooking add a cup of hot beef broth mixed with a tablespoon of flour. Makes a nice gravy.
Options: add Lipton soup mix for extra bold taste . Foil pack of dry gravy mix and two cups of beef broth for more gravy and flavor.
Hint: only use one of the Options. If you want more gravy use the mix. If you want bolder taste use Lipton soup mix.
