This is another great crock pot recipe. Put everything on in the morning, and dinner is practically ready when you get home! Add margarita, and dinner's on!
In a crock pot, combine salsa, chili powder, oregano, cocoa and 1 teaspoon of salt. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low heat for 7-8 hours.
Preheat oven to 350?. Put tortillas in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Using 2 forks, shred pork and stir into the cooking liquid. Serve with corn tortillas, cilantro, sour cream, lime and salsa.
Top it off with a Margarita!
