Combine beef, bread crumbs, milk, salt, egg, onion, and worcestershire sauce. Shape into balls and brown in a skillet and drain. Place in corckpot. Add brown sugar and cornstarch to skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over meatlballs. cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
