Breakfast quiche with bacon and sausage
Cook ground sausage and drain, set aside to cool. Cook bacon set aside to cool and crush in chunks when cool. Cook pie shells for half the time called for on the package and let cool.
Whip together eggs, whipping cream, and seasoning desired.
Fill the cold pie shell with the mixture of shredded cheese's. Top with ground sausage and crushed bacon. Pour the egg mixture over the meats and cheese. Don't overfill as it will rise while it cooks.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until Golden brown on the top and doesn't jiggle.
