Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8" square pan.
Combine corn syrup, butter, and chocolate in large heavy saucepan. Place over low heat; stir until chocolate is melted and ingredients are blended. Remove from heat, blend in sugar. Stir in eggs, flour, chopped walnuts, and vanilla. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or just until center is set. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
Meanwhile, prepare Fudge Glaze.
Combine chocolate, corn syrup, and butter in a small heavy saucepan. Stir over low heat until smooth, add cream.
Remove brownies from oven. Immediately spread glaze evenly over hot brownies. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2" squares.
