Fun cookie with a pretzel handle for a delicious treat!
Cream sugar and 1 cup of butter. Add eggs; beat we'll. add rest of ingredients, but first set aside 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter, milk, whipping cream, and food dye/ sprinkles; beat well. Roll small balls of dough over the pretzels until only the bottom part of it is showing like a handle. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients and spoon over warm cookies. Spread around and add sprinkles or small decorations on top. Let sit until it hardens.
