Ingredients

¼ cup (50 grams) vanilla sugar
¼ cup (30 grams) confectioners’ sugar
1 large egg yolk (19 grams)
1 tablespoon (8 grams) all-purpose flour
½ tablespoon (9 grams) vanilla bean paste
½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese at medium speed until smooth. Add sugars and all remaining ingredients, and beat until smooth. Use immediately.
Vanilla Glaze
Makes ½ cup
Ingredients
1 cup (120 grams) confectioners’ sugar
2 tablespoons (30 grams) whole milk
½ teaspoon (2 grams) vanilla extract
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Use immediately.
