This smoothie is so delicious; it tastes more like a milk shake. This is a true treat!
Blend last 4 ingredients (pumpkin seeds, dates, vanilla, and water) first to make pumpkins seed mil; blend until smooth. Milk will keep for 5 days in the fridge. Pour into a carafe.
Smoothie: Place the remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
