An Easy dinner idea. Perfect for any time of year and sure to please everyone!
1. Thaw porkchops thoroughly.
2. Crack the egg in a bowl and add milk.
3. Dip porkchops in the egg and milk mixture.
4. Remove one package of Shake and Bake Original Pork and one plastic bag from the box. These come in sets of two. If doubling the recipe, use both package and bags.
5. Empty the contents of the shake and bake package into the plastic bag.
6. Place each porkchop in the bag one at a time and shake until meat is coated with the dry contents..
7. Place coated porkchops on a baking sheet or in an oven safe cassarole dish. If there is excess shake and bake left in the bag, this can be spread over the chops for extra breading if desired.
8. Cook covered or uncovered on 450 degrees for 45 minutes. No need to flip the meat over.
This dish can be made with either regular-sized porkchops or thin cuts.
