Preheat oven to 400.
Lightly grease a 9x13.
Bring water, butter and salt to a boil over medium heat.
Remove from heat and add flour all at once and stir until ball forms. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time with a wooden spoon.
Spread in pan and gently pull the dough up the sides of the pan with a spoon (or your fingers).
Bake for 30 minutes or until gold brown. Let cool completely.
For the filling:
Mix cream cheese, vanilla pudding mix, and milk with a hand mixer. Spread over cake and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Spread coolwhip over cake and drizzle with magic shell fudge. Chill until ready to serve.
