Heat oil - Fry tortillas lightly - may want to double tortillas
Grate cheese
Warm beans
Put beans & cheese on tortillas and slightly warm in microwave 15-20 seconds
Fry eggs place on top (Fry to just under cooked - will cook more in toaster oven)
Add more cheese and put in toaster oven to melt
Use pot holders and serve. Please will be hot.
