Mix enchilada sauce and water and heat to thicken.
Cover each side of tortilla with enchilada sauce add meat and cheese and roll placing fold on the bottom in baking dish. Top with remaining meat and cheese and bake to melt cheese at 350 degrees about 15-20 minutes.
