intr-un bol amestecam pasta de tomate, apa si delicatul
cand ficateii sunt patrunsi adaugam amestecul de mai sus
lasam la foc mic aproximativ 10 minute sau pana cand sosul a scazut suficient (puteti sa ii faceti dupa preferinte: cu sos mai mult sau mai uscati)
se servesc alaturi de mamaliguta calda si cu usturoi pregatit dupa preferinte (in postarile viitoare va voi prezenta cateva feluri in care puteti face usturoiul).
