Serves 2-3
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place bread slices on a baking sheet and generously spread goat cheese on each slice, followed by a piece of fig. Sprinkle each with pistachios. Lightly place and press the fig and pistachios on the goat cheese so they adhere when the goat cheese starts to melt.
Place in the oven for about 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with honey.
