Suggest a better descriptionPlace tomatoes, jalapenos and onions under broiler. Blacken on all sides. Add cilantro and blacken.
Remove cilantro and jalapeno stems. Remove jalapeno seeds.
Place jalapenos, 1/2 of the chipotles and 1/2 of the adobe sauce, tomatoes, onions and cilantro in food processor until just coarsely chopped.
Transfer to a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
