FLAVOR PREP:
-Heat 2 tablespoons milk until hot
-Pour 3 tablespoons of the flavor pack into the warm milk and mix well until smooth
-Set aside
ICING:
-Blend softened butter, and powdered sugar
-Blend until smooth
-Add in flavor mixture and blend until mixed well
