Fresh ingredients and tasty tortilla chips make a fabulous side or delicious snack.
Remove avocado from outer peel and chop. Add juice of one lime, cumin, garlic sea salt and pico de gallo. Dry ingredients are approx and should be done to taste. Mash it all together and serve with organic blue tortilla chips, or dipper of choice.
I planned to use cilantro, but pico de gallo had fresh ingredients and it wasn't necessary. Even my teen, not w big avocado fan, enjoyed it.
Adjust to taste. Serving size approx.
