Crispy french toast recipe found on the web
Mix all ingredients together. Heat 1/4 of an inch of oil in the skillet, ready when it sizzles.
Deep bread in egg mixture and shake off drippings. Fry for about 3 to 5 minutes each side.
Top with sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Do not let oil get to hot. I cooked it on 300 degrees. Keep warm in lowest oven setting till ready to eat.
