Frosted Butterscotch cookies

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Grease cookie sheets.
3. Cream butter and sugar together.
4. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
5. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream. Mix well.
6. Add nuts and drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 400 degrees 8 - 10 minutes.
8. Frost when cool.
