Colorful, sweet, & refreshing dish! The easiest dish to make in a dash for a potluck! I like to add blueberries on our patriotic holidays to make it perfect for the occasion.
Combine pineapple and pudding in large mixing bowl. Stir until blended and thickened. Fold in oranges, grapes and cherries. Chill for several hours or overnight. Add bananas just before serving.
Note: Any fruit can be substituted or added. The following are good: fresh blueberries, fresh strawberries, drained canned peach slices, melon balls, quartered plums, nuts. Add more pudding mix if it isn't thick enough for your liking.
Lemon juice bananas to keep from browning if you need to prepare them too far in advance.
