YUMMY!
In large sauce pan, place potatoes, garlic and shallot, add enough water to cover.
Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Cook until potatoes are fork tender, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return to pan. Mash the potatos, garlic and shallot together. Add milk and butter and whip until desired consistancy, adding salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, stir in parsley.
Serve immediately.
