Hope you like them as much as we do in this house. Id love to hear from other New Zealanders on this so far it seems that its just myself & Rayna Mix all ingedients (except cucumber) in a latge bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours. Add cucumber just before serving. Serves 6-8. DAVE
