Suggest a better descriptionCook potatoes with peeling (peel and slice). Add finely sliced onion. Fry bacon until browned. Remove from pan. To 1 tablespoon of bacon grease, add butter and flour. Stir and add vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let come to a boil and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle bacon cubes on top of the salad.
