German Tomato Soup
Brown the ground beef with onions, garlic, thyme, pepper, and coriander in olive oil.
Add the chicken stock, tomato sauce, salt, worcester, parsley, hot sauce, water and basil, then bring to a boil.
Add carrots, celery, cabbage, and simmer 30 minutes.
Adjust taste as necessary.
