Suggest a better descriptionStep 1: Fully cook rice on stove or rice cooker and set aside for step 4.
Step 2: Peel the skin off of carrots and thinly slice them into strips or small pieces (up to you). Clean and chop the red peppers. Use in step 3.
Step 3: Saute red peppers and carrots. Set aside for step 4.
Step 4: Combine rice, red peppers, carrots, soy sauce, garlic powder, white pepper, ginger and sugar together in a big pan over the stovetop. Make sure it is on low heat. You may need to add more or less seasoning and soy sauce .. you just have to taste test to see what it needs
Step 5: In a separate pan, scramble eggs and then add to the rice.
