Ginger snaps
Preheat oven to 350. Line 2-3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar & molasses together on high speed until light & fluffy. Add egg & vanilla & mix. Sift together flour, baking soda, salt & spices in small bowl. Add to the mixer & mix on low until combined.
Use small scoop or roll into small balls. Press lightly with fork.
Bake for 16-17 minutes or until puffy & set around edges. Cool on pan for 5 minutes.
