Different and very good bread! 2 versions- first is without the candied ginger and is more moderate, second include the candied ginger for extra kick and a touch sweeter bread.
From the cookbook with my OLD Oster 2LB Bread Maker. Not sure how it will work in others though.
1.Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
2.Place all ingredients in bread pan in the order listed.
3.Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
4.Select bread type: Press SELECT until the number “8” is displayed, indicating the Sweet Bread Cycle.
5.Press START. Bread will be done baking in the number of hours indicated.
6. If adding candied ginger, add when the bread machine indicates. About 32 minutes on Oster, during 2nd kneading I think.
