Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute pork chops for about 5 minutes per side.
In a separate bowl, combine milk, water and soup.
Place pork chops in 9 x 13 baking dish and pour in soup mixture on top.
Bake for 45 mintues
