2. Continue cooking while you add the tomatoes, oregano, dill, sugar, and water. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Add green beans and stir bringing yo a boil.
4. Cover and cook on low heat until beans are tender about 50-50 minutes. Can bd prepared a day in advance.
