Originally a Grandma Mimi creation, it will always been associated with Christmas Eve, Grandma Rosetta, and well really any holiday.
1. In a large bowl empty the three packets of Jello.
2. Pour boiling water into the bowl and stir until dissolved.
3. Immediately add the sour cream and stir until little or no lumps are seen.
4. Add pineapple and juice and stir until distributed.
5. Pour into the bowl you will serve it in and place in the fridge for 8 hrs or at best overnight.
6. Enjoy!
