Suggest a better descriptionHeat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the brisket; sear 5 mins per side. Transfer meat to a 4 -6 qt slow cooker. Deglaze skillet with broth, scraping up browned bits. Add broth and onions to slow cooker. Cover, cook on high heat setting for 4-5 hours or on low heat setting for 8-9 hours. Remove meat and onion to a plate, using 2 forks, shred meat.
Puree yoghurt, feta, cucumber, scallions, zest, lemon juice, oil, oregano, salt, and pepper for the tzatziki in a food processor until smooth.
To serve: Divide meat and onion along flatbread rounds. Top each sandwich with romaine, tomato and tzatziki.
