A basic breaded baked chicken that mostly falls withing the hCG spec. Honestly I can't be bothered by 1 Tbsp of milk.. but if that chaps your hide you can use water or broth instead.
Preheat oven to 350 F. You can use the chicken as a whole piece at 100g or cut it into pieces. Note that if you have a lot of pieces you’ll run out of grissini powder before you run out of chicken.
Mix spices with milk. Dredge chicken in milk/spice mixture. Then dredge chicken in grissini powder. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Turn over half way through cooking. Broil on high for 5 mins.
