2 sticks Butter
1 med Sweet Onion, chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions, chopped
16 oz Mushrooms, sliced
2 cans Cream of Chicken or Cream of.
Mushroom Soup
2 - 8oz Boxes of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 lbs Shrimp, raw - peeled & deveined
Water
Lemon juice
Salt & Pepper
Cooked Rice
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter in pot. Add onions and half green onions and saute'. Add Mushrooms and cook down about 3 - 5 minutes. Then add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Add soup, and if needed, enough water to desired consistency. Blend until smooth. Then add shrimp and cook until pink/ cooked, about 5 - 10 min. Put in about a tablespoon fresh lemon juice and salt & pepper to taste. Take off heat and Sprinkle rest of green onions on top. Serve over cooked rice and Enjoy!
