Suggest a better descriptionAdd yeast to warm water. Let stand about 5 minutes. Add milk and 4 T of the oil. Stir to combine.
In large bowl, stir flour, salt, herbs. Add yeast mixture. Stir about 2 minutes. Knead for 10 minutes.
Place in oiled bowl and cover. Let rest 1 hour.
Oil jelly roll pan. Punch down dough and place Ito pan working with fingers. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1 hour.
Preheat oven 450. Poke into dough and drizzle oil and salt into top.
Bake until golden brown. 25-30 minutes. Slide into wire rack to cool. Cut into pieces.
