2. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cover; refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
3. Place chocolate chips and shortening in medium mictowave- safe bowl. Microwave high 1 1/2 minutes; stir. If necessary, microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time.
4,. Dip each ball into chocolate mixture coating, coating 3/4 of ball. Place on wax paper. Let stand until chocolate. Store covered in refrigerator.
