Preheat oven to 325?
Slice french bread 1? inches thick.
Cream butter and brown until creamy.
Add honey,syrup,nutmeg,cinnamon.
Smear a 1/4 inch layer in bottom of glass baking pan
Place bread in pan,close together
Combine ingredients for custard.Pour over bread and soak for 4 - 12 hours
Bake for 45 minutes
