Matar Paneer is an indian vegetarian recipe, which is made out of Paneer and Peas(Matar). It's quite delicious mouth watering dish and popular in North India.
When cumin seeds add onion paste, two piece of reddish chily, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and reddish chily powder and simmer, stirring frequently till the oil starts to separate from the masala (spice mixture).Grate tomatoes, remove skin and scatter it. Add tomato puree and Cook medium flame until berries become mushy and oozes oil.Then add green peas. Let the peas become mixed with masala.
Now add 1/4 cup of water. Cook on medium heat pan should be covered. When the peas are tender, then add paneer and cook for a while before everything becomes blended well. You're able to correct the consistency of the sauce based on your preferences.Now add garam masala, kasturi methi, red chily powder and sauté to get a min.Add fresh cream and bring it to boil.Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and a tablespoon of lotion.Serve hot with any indian bread or rice.And also your Matar Paneer Recipe is Ready to function.
