Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl combine paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper together inn a small bowl. Combine well. Add mixture to a Ziploc bag along with cubed, defatted pork. Let marinade in refrigerator for at least a half hour. Heat IP to Hot on sauté Add oil, brown pork in batches until browned 5-7minutes. Pour in BBQ sauce and water. Boil sauce until it thickens somewhat. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes. Shred pork. Return to sauce. Serve with condiments.
